What we are doing to protect you:

Hand Sanitizer

A hand sanitizer dispenser has been placed inside the front door for your convenience. Please use this on entering and returning to the property to help prevent outside contamination.

General Cleaning

All surfaces will be washed with soap and water and then disinfected as per government guidelines. Special attention will be paid to high contact surfaces; i.e. door handles, light switches etc.

Windows will be opened and remain open for as long as possible. (This virus doesn’t like fresh air).

All outside communal areas will be sprayed with disinfectant before your arrival, and then at regular intervals.

Kitchen

All crockery will be washed at high temperature or placed and washed in the main house and Annery Kiln dishwashers.

Unfortunately we have decided not to leave our normal welcome pack of Tea, coffee, sugar and milk

Due to high volume of waste and high risk of contamination.

Welcome pack booklets

Welcome booklets/ guides will be laminated or within plastic sleeves and removed from the property for cleaning and disinfecting after each visit.

Bedding, towels and cushions

Non-essential Soft furnishings i.e. cushions and bed throws etc have been removed; bedding will be removed after each set of guests. These will then be cleaned and quarantined for a week to ensure any possible trace of Covid-19 has been extinguished. This includes all mattress protector, bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow protectors /cases and towels. These will be replaced with clean items which have been stored in a quarantined environment for a minimum of 1 week. We ask guests to place all bedding in the laundry bags provided at the end of their stay to prevent cross-contamination. (Please see below for full details).

Coat Hangers

All coat hangers will be cleaned and changed after each guest.

Decor

Sadly we have had to remove any unnecessary ornaments.

Could you all prepare for your swim within your cottages and return to your cottage to shower and change after.
