Leave M5 at Junction 27 sign posted Tiverton/North Devon/Barnstaple. At roundabout by East Devon College/Tiverton take A361 (North Devon Link Road) and follow for around 30mins, at next roundabout turn left for South Molton B3227 and follow to Great Torrington. Go through Torrington following signs for Dartington Crystal, when you get to a hill (past the swimming pool on your right) do not take the left to Dartington but go straight on for about half a mile, we are the large white building on your right hand side, you will see our sign.
Alternative Directions for nervous drivers and all drivers when icy!
The route above is the quickest and the route that a Sat Nav will most likely take you. There are 2 very steep hills (20% gradient) when going this way. An alternative route would be at the roundabout on the A361 instead of taking the left to South Molton B3227 continue on the A361 towards Barnstaple. The Sat Nav will soon correct itself and process the alternative route. This route is only a couple of minutes further in time.

EX22 7DH If entered to a sat nav will take you very close to Sunny Bank Cottage, But Please be aware if set to shortest route it may well direct you through some very small unkept lanes. The following directions will keep you to maintained country roads. Heading south west on the A388 towards Holsworthy you will approach a crossroads with Derworthy Lane, take a left turn here towards Lizzies Larder / Black Berry Farm. As you approach Black Berry farm bear left following the road, Just keep following this road for approx 1 mile, You will eventually pass through a small Hamlet of houses / cottages with an old church entrance on your left and riding stables on your right the road will bear left. You will be passing another church on your right with a graveyard to its front. Once past you will start to descend an incline and pass a couple of houses on your left at the bottom you will pass over a small old stone bridge there will be a thatched cottage on your left Turn left here sign posted Holsworthy and Parish Hall. Sunny Bank is located directly behind the thatched cottage.
